There were several people that proposed to build a Veterans Memorial in the Hoyleton Park to commemorate all of the local veterans. They asked me if I would volunteer to provide a design that they could present to the community club for funding. I created a 360 VR video and a rendering for the presentation. The community club approved the proposal and the Veterans Memorial was built in April 2016. Upon further discussion they decided to change the design and move it to a different location.

The trustees at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hoyleton asked me if I would volunteer to come up with a design for a new ramp at stairs in front of the church. The poster to the left is what was presented to the congregation for approval to move forward. At this point, the congregation has asked to get bids from local contractors to get an idea of how much it will actually cost. There will likely be more design changes to lower the cost of the project. The video below is a 360 Virtual Reality video showing the first design option which was to extend the sidewalk into the street. The idea was to get rid of the curb and create a flush transition for the elderly people who parked there. Upon further discussion with the town, we they would not allow us to do this. This is still a work in progress and I will update when the project moves forward.
The Community Club board members at Hoyleton asked me if I could provide renderings of a new kitchen design for the community building in town. Upon their request I created a model of the existing kitchen with a few modifications of the interior walls. The renovation includes new cabinets, countertops, ceiling, flooring, and plumbing fixtures. Upon delivering the renderings to the contractor there were a few modifications made to the layout but overall most of the kitchen was built as shown in the renderings.
